The question I and I’d think many analysts have is why are they holding on to so much unrestricted cash?
If acquisitions is the reasoning will they get it right? We raised all that cash for purposes of global expansion and have very little to show for it in the 2 years since raising. What’s the plan?
On market buy backs are great, but they are done by brokers with some sensibility. Otherwise they’d send the share price to the moon.
