it’s basically unknown. The board has the right to decide how to get the shares to be issued in lieu of a dividend to those electing to take part in the DRP.
there are 2 options
1. they issue new shares - in this case they have more cash, but there is dilution
2. They purchase existing shares to give to participants - in this case they don’t keep the cash, but no dilution
As it’s at the board’s discretion we don’t which they plan to do. Or at least I haven’t seen anything indicating which they are going to do.
