1	Dividend Reinvestment Plan
2	The Board of humm group limited (hummgroup) (ASX: HUM) advises that it has approved and put in place thehummgroup Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). The DRP replaces all prior dividend reinvestment plans hummgroup has made available to shareholders.
3	The DRP allows shareholders to reinvest some or all of their dividend in new shares rather than receiving their dividend as a cash payment. The DRP will be operational for the final dividend payable on 7 October 2022 for the financial year ended 30 June 2022.

5	Some key features of the DRP are:
6	Participation is voluntary and available to shareholders with an Australian or New Zealand registered address; If you elect to participate in the DRP, dividends payable to you will be automatically reinvested inhummgroup shares (until such time as you notifyhummgroup that you no longer wish to participate in the DRP or until the DRP is suspended or terminated); You can have part or all of your holding participating in the DRP; There are no fees, brokerage or other transaction costs for shares issued under the DRP; Shares may be issued at a discount - the Board has determined a discount of 2.5% for the upcoming dividend payable on 7 October 2022; and Shares acquired under the DRP will rank equally with existinghummgroup ordinary shares.
7	If you had a dividend reinvestment election on your holding for previous dividend payments, this is no longer valid and you will need to elect to participate again under the new DRP rules. You can register your participation in the DRP by logging in to your portfolio atwww.linkmarketservices.com.auand updating your DRP election.
8	You can start, cancel or vary your participation in the DRP for the final dividend payable on 7 October 2022 by giving notice by 5:00pm on 8 September 2022.
