    think about it in reverse - if you were a buyer - why would pay the offer price?
    - there's a risk (however small) it not go thru
    - and there is the cost of financing your position (money cost)

    plenty saw this coming (as did I), unfortunately for me I wasn't smart enough to keep my position running. congrats to all holders.
