    re: Ann: Hunnu Announces all Cash Offers from... so if we all think the price should be $2-3 then why would the board recommend shareholders to accept the offer? Do they know something we don't? Or are they in fear? Or are they getting something under the table for making this recommendation?

    Also, why the 7c gap?
