"if someone can let me know why the SP is plunging down"
As I wrote earlier, this company went from a diversified, multi-pronged company to a one-trick pony. That is a VERY BAD move.
One trick ponies are inherently riskier and more subject to market volatility than diversified companies which can weather storms in any one sector.
