Hi @saitken its a fair question, However probably need a crystal ball to answer it..
I personally think there will be very little negative impact on the Big Sandy aka HWK aka Arizona Lithium side. HWK seems to have the funding to drill Big Sandy but they sure as hell do not have the money in bank to go drill any gold targets. So HWK does not need to fund raise and dilute our shares, we can just focus on a very profitable Lithium project while new Diablo side will raise funds with the IPO for the gold projects.
I also would like to hear what anyone else thinks..
