spot-on. All those whingeing about the service are yet to catch up with the new reality; welcome to online service. I think the main reason for the dip is the feared competition from Xero.. also an online portal. Have looked into it and IMO there's room for both.. they service different markets.. RKN is considerably cheaper and suitable for thousands of small businesses who don't need the flash 'extras'.. I really like this little stock.. the dividends alone are eye-watering any capital growth is the icing on the cake.. it's been going up steadily since I bought it last year..
