"The prior period financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the prior period interim financialstatements for the half year ended 30 June 2020 were disclaimed by the predecessor auditor. We were unable toobtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence regarding the comparative information and the opening balances as at1 January 2021. As a result, we are qualifying on the comparative information and the opening balances as at 1January 2021. Consequently, we were unable to determine what additional adjustments, if any, might have beennecessary in the statement of profit and loss and comprehensive income in respect of the interim financialstatements for the half year ending 30 June 2021."

Hardly a big green tick of confidence.
