Crap outcome here. Forager it would seem have no intention to challenge it (as per their quarterly newsletter commentary) which is a shame because they pan the decision too. It wouldn't be hard to call an EGM and have the Board dismissed with the support of the 4 major shareholders (or even 3 excepting BHL...and you'd think they wouldn't like this either). Perfect example of an executive destroying certain shareholder wealth with highly dubious growth plans. Share price says it all
