The SP has held up remarkedly well, all things considered. Yes, 23% down is better than a 75% drop to 5c!
There are actually buyers in there. At these levels opportune traders may also pick up some shares on oversold indicators.
Re: going private....it is possible,but the shrimptons would still have to take out a hell of a lot of shares to do it.
