Yeah I agree Mockage. Ol' Kent just didn't roll out of bed and think "I know what I'll sell drilling today".

My guess is this has been in the wind since back in cap raise times.

Anyway its been a long journey. I just hope they get it done quickly and put us out of our misery.

I'm not sure how these things work. Just say there is 35 cents per share for drilling I guess we accept that and then OREXPLORE gets floated. Do existing holders get some sort of entitlement to the new company? Is there provision for take your cash and seeya later or alternatively 3 for 1 rights in the new entity for example?
