Kent Swick has done a good job in straightening up the business and, more importantly, gaining control of Orexplore and developing it to being on the verge of commercialisation. However he has failed completely to sell the story to the market, potential investors and current shareholders. This is why the share price languishes. You don't need a strategic review to work this out. The pressure is now on Swick and his Board to extract the true value of the company. Selling the drilling business and introducing a key cornerstone industry investor would be a good start.
