    Yep it's getting pretty interesting. You're right that not many REIT's are being dumped as much as ARF. I had a look at the price fall across the last 12 months and noted that it dropped about 23% across that time frame.

    I compared the price movement with TCL, BWP, SCG and APA across the same time frame and none of their prices dropped by the same percentage. SCG was the only one that came close.

    It's difficult to know when the price drop will stop. I can only conclude that it moves down as the 10 year bond yield moves up. The 10 year bond yield has risen from about 1.5% to 4% across the last twelve months. So I guess the investors want the ARF yield to improve in the same way that the bond yield has which means the price has to come down. Albeit that there's no growth in bonds while ARF has been a growth stock across the last 10 years even if it's slow growth only.

    I think this company is very solid and safe, but I need to feel comfortable about a halt in interest rates and bond yields before I buy in again.
