Another good result, in line with guidance, and with a couple more good acquisitions. Perhaps only question mark is the low yield on the 2 health care properties they picked up, but given the suburbs they went shopping in, they will at least achieve high growth.
Sure, the headline says the statutory profit is down, but when the core business is collecting rents, and they're up and up and up - we're not doing too badly. I've been in the DRS for many years now; hard to regret keeping the accumulation going when the company is talking numbers and stability in increased earnings for years ahead.
Gap between share price and NTA makes this look very good value still.
