Yes, but as a subscriber who read that this morning, it did not mention Linsdays (or indeed any other entity) by name, so I didn't perceive it as worth placing on 'HC'.
Many of us may perceive LAU has picked up some assets but unless it's 'material', there's no obligation for LAU to disclose that with an ad hoc announcement to the ASX.
