Australian transport company Lindsay Australia has purchased a substantial portfolio of assets from Scott’s Refrigerated Logistics, which is currently in liquidation.
Advising Lindsay Australia on the purchase of trucks, containers and rail containers was advisory firm Ankura.
Lindsay Australia was among the groups weighing an acquisition of Scott’s Refrigerated Logistics while it was in receivership.

Scott's Refrigerated Logistics was purchased by Anchorage Capital Partners in 2020 for $75m as a turnaround opportunity.
