Yeah you're right but my point wasn't that I'd been building up my holding here - rather that I've substantially reduced other holdings that caused ARF to move up in percentage terms. This "position" is a result of uncertainty around the USA's economic approach. When I get some comfort about how that's going to fall out, the percentages will change dramatically. The question really is should I be holding this much Cash. The whole game's a bit of a gamble but this is an organisation that provides infrastructure for the early learning and healthcare sectors which have received, and will probably continue to receive, solid Government support. They've not failed to increase their net rental income across the 10 years that I've held them and, at some stage, although maybe a year away, interest rates will fall again and their share price should move up in accordance with that along with probable dividend increases.
