The are retaining capital rather than paying it out to pay for their investments into iron ore, copper and potash. When ROCE is 20%+ its much better to do this than raise more debt. They arent investing much at all into coal. You will be happy with the profits in coming years when all the investments into Filo Copper and Jansen Potash come online.
When you pollute a river system and destroy multiple towns what do you expect to happen? The distaster is in the past now, reparations are being made and most of the legal issues have been settled (albeit some of the international class actions remain unsettled),
Lowest cost producer in IO in the world, investing in the right commodities, managing the balance sheet well and taking care of the social obligations, overall i think its run pretty well.

I am still holding and i hope you are correct but i have my doubts.
