In the last call Bryant was specifically asked if RFF is looking at buying land in Emerald region and he admitted they've looked around but decided against it (apparently based on their assessment for climate conditions).
At least two more of those "taxed on 5.28 cpu, but receive only 2.82 cpu" distributions to come - the one that just went ex-date, and end of June.
