REH is back to a more normal valuation. Though hopefully the US expansion will not become one of those ill fated forays that Australian companies make overseas. Though it should be noted management are on a level above most other companies who have attempted the overseas expansion.
The 30 year loan rate on a new house build in the US is up around 6% now (in November 21 it was 3%). There will definitely be a downturn in US housing. How big it is and how much it impacts REH is the question? For now I have chosen to do nothing, my default position when in doubt.
PS although I sold out around $25 (as posted in HC forum) unfortunately I reinvested the money in a SP500 index fund. So I have only lost 20% of my money instead of half. The smarter option would have been to keep the money in cash as some other posters on this thread did after selling.
