Just took a look at the office & industrial tenant breakdowns:
Government business would definitely be seeking employees to go back to the office (they already are with the sentiment being to stimulate economy within CBDs). All other top 3-4 categories of tenants are arguably mostly back in the office to some degree. You'd probably still expect some sort of drop off post government relief but maybe not to an extreme extent for Dexus. (My opinion, should always DYOR)
I think Industrial speaks for itself, business will require facilities to operate
