@mbc23 Valad Property Group is the first one to come to my mind, they're old assets are owned by Cromwell now, unfortunately can't find a good place to look up old ASX shares, there was a fair few back then.
Different conditions, but we've seen some similar headwinds.

Need to keep a close eye on vacancy rates, as even premium tenants will negotiate rent hard, if they see there's other cheaper places.
