IF Brisbane's anything to go by, I am pretty bullish on Dexus.
Completely agree the real test for this stock will be the end of Job Keeper. If we see a reasonably friction less transition (or the transition is focused in industries which don't directly impact DXS) then I think the SP will re rate.
Fantastic opportunity for a 5-10 year buy and forget if you ask me. Might not be the best play compared to other LT opportunities but certainly one that I could sleep easy owning. Even if the culture shifts to less office space being demanded, population and natural growth will catch up eventually (all DXS has to do is keep the supply fixed for a period of time).
I'm finding it very hard not to have a dabble at these prices. End of March is the test!
