Interesting. Do you know the names of any REITs that this happened to? It would be interesting to see the scenarios as I see GFC having occurred due to the housing bubble whereas today's recession involves a multitude of factors.
Still see DXS as a nice long-term hold. Even if takeover occurs you'd hope it would be at current SP if not more
