there is a reason for that, its because when job keeper ends, unless the ABS fudge the numbers, unemployment will go way up, no denying it, and the hoax that office will rebound is nothing but hot air, from industry, why would companies that are struggling to make a decent profit, want to rent more office space when they have figured out you can have half your workforce at home and still doing a decent job, why would a company not let that continue? they are saving millions in not paying extra rent, lots of people are very happy working from home, dont have to put up with all the negative BS and office politics and power plays and gossip that happens all the time, having to pay $50 a day in parking or $100 a week taking public transport, people love working from home, sure some complain about going stir crazy but they are happen even if they wont admit it.
DXS will be $7.50 or less by this time next yr. than it might be a good time to buy SOME.
