Had a look at volumes for those 100K sell orders. There are 2x100K sell orders at 35,36,37, 38 cents respectively. Likely the same person/institution? Does someone trying to influence the stock place multiple sell orders at price points they think won't likely be hit to skew the buy/sell ratio, while they themselves are accumulating? And then once they've built their position subsequently cancel the sell orders to then rapidly change the ratio to then show demand?
