a few new things in the announcements/presentation during this week
- USD18.5m (~3%) revaluations of home portfolio although US5m devaluation of 1-4 Family portfolio.
- planned externalization of US REIT (refer slide 9). Brooksville will contribute equity at a share price of ~36c
- capital management bumped up to USD25-30m (from USD20m previously)
- USD7.6m property has been sold at book value recently (before selling costs) with another US19m to go on the market shortly
- new leases have been done at around +16% in July and August
