What are your thoughts on Brooksville & Pinnacle managing the properties.$1.5 m investment does not seem to be a lot of money if their fees are 2-3 m per year? I guess anything is better than the previous managers!
The Brooksville Company (“Brooksville”) is a vertically integrated real estate investment and management firm with a successful track record of over 15 years. The firm invests in and manages large, complex multifamily properties throughout New York City. Brooksville seeks to positively impact communities through substantial capital investments in property infrastructure and technology, identification and implementation of operational efficiencies to better serve residents, and direct engagement with community and tenant leaders.
Bring on the buy back that should improve the value. I assume this will continue after the URFPAs conversion.
