only problem is that with the information we know, ZIP is not quality at this stage.
So your reference to Buffet: Buffet wouldn't touch this stock, but he might 'allow' ZIP to sell him some secured 10% preference shares secured by 1st pledge on any property holdingsand of course convertible at Buffet's time of choice and at a very advantageous share conversion price point.
only problem is that with the information we know, ZIP is not...
