That's ture. A lot of high-performing Reits in US market plunged like falling rock bcz of high gear ratio coupled with soaring interest rate so the near future profilt won't look good.
However, 30 years statistic data shows that Reits price is strongly correlated to short-term interest hike/fall but will regression to mean after 6-18months despite whether interest rate stays at high or low afterthen. Rental as one core elment of CPI will catch the speed of CPI eventually.
I have position on RFF but also for now adding as well CIP, ABP, CLW, DXS, GOZ, HCW....
Not easy to find a time that these high quality Reits at roughly 30% discount so I do not want to miss out. Time to be greedy!
