if gearing is still 31% that is still reasonable, the board and management have financial experience, they can surely see we are in a rising % rate environment, im sure they will not be borrowing any more just for the sake of it, unless they get a great rate and locked in for the medium long term and it would have to be for a great asset like some great historic cattle station that is on the market for eg.
