That is interesting. There is obviously a substantial age gap so my game is preservation. However the SOL BKW part of my portfolio is around 25% but a degree that came from MLT Merger.
Your investment commentary has always got me thinking so thanks for that.
The TPG commentary in AFR didn't ring true to me - SOL share price was held back by free float but they had performed well. I can hardly ascribe TPG performance as performing well. It seems to take years but it really doesn't move the dial. I understood the merger but really there isnt place for all 3 in a country of 25 million. I just think it would be better to get out of it.
It has 3 legs which are very cyclical TPG ( not truly cyclical but government over control of market) , Then Coal , oil and gas , then Brickworks including property.
I want them to retain at least 30% of outside passive investments including the structured debt.
