Some interesting considerations you have made and I do believe the SOL is overvalued but not that much overvalued. My model is indicating a c.6% overvaluation - not enough for me to sell (especially with the dividend coming up) but also is hasn't been this overvalued since it rallied to c.$40 back in the day.
Probably in hindsight, it wont be a bad move to sell now and come back later (and I'll probably regret it in a few days) but as I am a long term holder, I am just be staying the course. I would start to think about selling if we were looking at a c.15% discount though....
