Agree Joe. Its all about NTA. PE divisioion will always be hard (and basically impossible) to value but its small so doesnt really have too much of an impact in my calculations (I have just calculated as 1/2 of the index returns). That's a really good point around looking at net proceeds after CGT - I have never though about it like that but is a good idea.
