Your portfolio is very similarly waited to mine probably a bit higher than 10% as MLT flowed into SOL and I could not think of anything to do with it. However I was always a bit heavy on BKW so it has rebalanced a bit.
The rebalancing has me a bit concerned as MLT gave me a decent spread but the SOL sell off has reduced the spread and concentrated the portfolio to a degree.
I really think BKW could outperform SOL over the next 5 years. I think that LP is a stunning operator. I have done some research and the way he took over Bristile and did his research was far more insightful than most takeovers. I think he has a great plan for USA and certainly the fact is that Bricks in OZ are not going to give them the growth but the industrial parks and USA could be a huge winner.
