I was once bullish on Taco Bell but it seems unless they're prepared to slog it out for years, it might just be worth cutting their losses. Clearly the roll-out pause would indicate that they're closer to the latter than the former.

KFC performing well despite input costs and wage pressures.

Really would like management to resume talks with Bain Capital regarding Retail Zoo. A lot of promising businesses under that umbrella with brand recognition and scalability. I'm sure it won't be cheap but worth it in the long run.

I still love this business but I'll be watching from the sidelines for now. Think this goes lower, unfortunately.
