Even though discretionary have been the whipping boy lately. There is plenty to like on CKF. Good to back in the green on recent top-ups.
Personally I'm happy with the current pricing for a 3-5 year investment timeframe. I'm not sure about your $8.50 near term (within a year) but I'm fairly certain this will see all time high within the 5 year timeframe. Even sooner if the economy recovers much faster than anticipated post IR and housing induced economic slowdown.
