I used to big a big investor in CKF but sold out to invest in Capilano Honey. Now I think I'm going to return. Love Dennys and In N Out Burger in the US business model and reckon some of their lines should be replicated here in Australia. Introduce pancakes to a menu and you will make a killing.
Reduce your menu to fewer more popular items which leads to higher turnover and quicker delivery, is the holy grail of fast food imho.
