Did you get those charts from simply wall street? If so they themselves see interest on debt as a risk. See below screenshot

Not that you are obligated in anyway but i don't think you really answered my questions. My questions were:
1. Any comment on the cyclicity of "growth" vs "value" investments?
2. With "high" inflation surly high leveraged "growth" business are dead/stagnant for the next decade?
3. Any advice on how to figure out what debt arrangement CKF have and what interest they will pay long term?
4. Are they locked into a near 0% COVID interest rate?
5. Does debt typically follow market rates?

Those debt numbers in your charts are deceiving. Not real. The real debt is near $750mil. So thats pretty close to the mcap of CKF! The $283 is net of capitalized borrowing costs (screenshot below). This means they have "hidden" their debt under the guise of capital. Seems like they are paying 4% interest on short and long term debt from my calculations. Any increase beyond that would really eat profits.Total Debt has also increased from $667mil in 2021 to 748mil in 2022. Market Index provides a good summary of the balance sheet.

I am not a "down ramper" or "shorter" btw. That would be dumb to think that HC posts can sway a $900mil dollar Mcap business. Just trying to educate myself and learn from wiser more knowledgeable people like yourself.
