A bit unbelievable that this is trading at a 37% discount to last NTA update, not including the value of investment portfolio and funds management business. Means if they sold everything and paid off all debts you would get at least 97c (before costs) to pay out to security holders.
Great time to buy. Interest rates won't rise forever. And when it stop and reverses, commentators say REIT should re-rate accordingly.
