Actually they do, well should be at the current level.
What doesn't last forever are emergency rate levels of 0.1% from the past years that were held far too long which made real estate and loans dependent on this and now we have the dilemma.
In a healthy FIAT monetary system, interest rates should be between 2-3%, inflation 3%, growth 3%... this is the 1x1 of economy that I learned even at high school but that was a very long time ago. Looks like most have forgotten all about this.
60.0c still looks a bit undervalued. Somehow there must be more to this than just the interest rates.
Maybe just panic sales because when the USA sneezes, we get the flu.If it doesn't recover soon, maybe there really is a reason to panic like finally the long predicted GFC 2 (or is it 3 if we include Covid).
