l liked the stable dividend a lot, you can budget 36 months in advance. I held this for a while but l offloaded as part of a general cleanup.
the sp has been in a really tight range for years, but each high is lower than the previous major high. the lows look relatively stable. also if l look at the yield - with the absence of franking after tax the return is average.
if it continues sinking to its floor l may actually repurchase but with the superfund l think. looks like the floor is about $2.22.
