yes that is true, l guess just watch when you buy. this thing is moving within a range.
if you want yield regular income l swapped for PIC (LIC). the grossed up yirld with FC is 9% it's very diversified and had sufficient cash for a couple of years dividends.
all my subjective opinion only, l could very very wrong but l thought if l want yield only what's better long term?
