Yes - relaxed, succinct, down to earth and consistently says the same thing year on year. I guess that is what the company has pretty much done - the same thing year on year - certainly since I have owned it. The main point IMO in his interview and has also been said in many of his other interviews is the fact that he employs good staff and retains them. I have only witnessed one interview with Vlad and he was impressive on the details and future prospects. Chalk and cheese to watch but obviously a great team and duo.
