I don't really see the logic behind that being the reason for the SP appreciation. If a broker has a 12 month target price that's only a low single digit % gain on the current SP, why would one bother investing in it? Even taking yesterdays closing price, the gain was around 8%. Hardly enough to motivate someone to rush into this.
