IMHO, the removal of a Subsidiary should restore the Net Asset Investment of MNS into IM3NY.
Its not a Revenue - according to Revenue recognition.
IMHO, the position should be an Asset - which should be what was Invested in IM3NY originally, less any carrying value adjustments.
