thanks for looking at that, so $290k for IT services and consulting for 6 months to 31/12/23. Being $111k paid to 31/12/23 and $179k invoiced to and owed by Magnis. I’m sure the services are well worth the money and directors should receive remuneration for their time, skill and expertise. No one expects them to work for free at a public company.
