Unless they hold security over all the assets and undertakings of Magnis and its subsidiaries? They would no doubt understand that the company has no way of even servicing the interest, much less repaying the capital, and as a prime secured creditor with a claim growing daily (bet there is a healthy exit fee too), they will be at the front of the queue
