thank you for the information. I’m not an accountant but did notice a couple of expense items. In the quarterly report 31.01.24 on page 5, there was comment about directors fees under heading ‘related party payments’. It was noble for some directors to not receive fees to preserve cash flow. I don’t know if they have forgiven these fees or it accrues as a debt.

on page 19 of the HY report, directors fees were $325k (in 2022 $312k for same period). The IT company was paid $111k to 31/12/23 but had $179k owing to them at 31/12/23.
